Stress is a natural process of life, but it can easily overwhelm the mind & body, leading to burnout. This session has been purposely curated to help you alleviate stress by bringing your body's nervous system into a sense of balance & connection.
As you connect to the breath as a supportive tool, you will feel & learn how slow & deep breathing patterns can help you regulate your nervous system, with the intention to bring peace & calm to your mind & body.
