Refund Policy

The services & events can be refunded under these circumstances

Face to face | Live Call:

- Full return, if 24 hrs before session date.

- 50% return, within 24 hrs of session date.

If there is a no show to the scheduled session, with no contact or explanation, there are NO REFUNDS. You can enquire about exchanging for another booking time if agreed upon.

 

Recorded Video:

You may only request to receive a full refund of a recorded video of your reading under the circumstance that it is prior to the video being sent to you choice of contact. If requested after this time it will be processed through a review to conclude if a refund will be applicable (in most cases it will be denied if longer than 12hrs after reading was sent).

All Types: 

If you genuinely feel the reading didn't resonate, you may contact us and place a request for a possible re-do reading or refund. We will decide per individual each case what the outcome will pertain to with the circumstances of the situation as we communicate about your concern.

 

Product Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@starseedmariposa.com.au. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If a fault has been found with any item purchased, we allow for 2 days to be first notified by email, then to either; replace or refunded in full.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund through.
