So much has been shifting around and during this month and so I wanted to close out April with some gratitude & reflection. Especially around the new powerful transformations I have been moving through. Along with the creations I have been brewing.

Supporting at Workshops

I have been supporting my amazing friend and mentor Simon Yuen with his Breathwork Workshops in Chatswood, Frenchs Forest & Shellharbour. I learn so much whilst supporting his workshops. It is always an absolute pleasure to be in the spaces that Simon has created. Since starting breathwork, Simon has been a huge blessing as a leader in the community. I continue to gain more insight and awareness and I get to opportunity to expand my experience. You can check out all his offerings available on the Erthe website.

Hosted My First Workshop

Wowza, I had the amazing opportunity to hold space for nine divine souls who showed up for themselves. What a gift to be able to support those willing to take the journey to bettering themselves.

I combined the elements of breath, movement, energy & connection to create a container of transmutation. Renewing the old stagnant blocks into fresh free flowing currents of energy.

Super excited to be building this space to allow those who need a safe space to come along to experience the transformation.

Experienced My First Shamanic Healing:

I have a beautiful friend and past mentor, Ezra (Offerings link) who is based in the beautiful beachy area of Avoca, Central Coast. I saw she is now offering shamanic healing after completing her 2nd year of shamanic training. It felt intuitively right to receive from her gifts again.

It was an expansive experience I took away so much from the messages that were being delivered. Truly a needed journey for my current experience of growth. I have been using this newfound clarity to begin sharing more about myself and my journey.

As I begin to expand further along my journey, I know it is so I can create more, and build the strong foundations to hold the new creations. I am clearing a lot at this time energetically to make space for what is coming in. I can feel spirit telling me to prepare myself in calmness and flow. That is what I shall continue to do as the next phase brings new lessons and remembrance.
